GROWING THE PIE

DESCRIPTION
This package focuses on the skills and behaviours that help corporate teams work together more effectively. In particular we help participants understand how growing the whole pie is better for themselves and the organization than focusing only on growing their own slice of the pie. We help organizations reduce the prominence and impact of departmental silos.
